Pursuant to the Danish capital markets act § 30, MT Højgaard Holding A/S hereby announces the following major shareholder announcements after the merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S:
On 8 April 2019, Knud Højgaards Fond informed that its holding of shares is 2,888,211 corresponding to 37.09 % of the share capital and voting rights in MT Højgaard Holding A/S.
On 8 April 2019, EMTF Holding P/S informed that its holding of shares is 814,733 corresponding to 10.46 % of the share capital and voting rights in MT Højgaard Holding A/S.
On 8 April 2019, Ejnar og Meta Thorsens Fond informed that its holding of shares is 768,000 corresponding to 9.86 % of the share capital and voting rights in MT Højgaard Holding A/S.
On 8 April 2019, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker Aktieselskab informed that its holding of shares is 405,000 corresponding to 5.20 % of the share capital and voting rights in MT Højgaard Holding A/S.
