In accordance with the Capital Markets Act section 30, cf. section 38, we can hereby inform that Expon ApS by purchase of shares in RIAS, owns 23,420 B-shares, corresponding to 10.15% of the share capital and 4.58% of the voting rights in RIAS A/S.
