NeXR Technologies SE: Application for opening of insolvency proceedings in self-administration
Berlin, 5 May 2023
The Board of Directors of NeXR Technologies SE (“ Company ” or “ NeXR ”) has resolved today to file an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings because of imminent insolvency. The insolvency proceedings are to be conducted in the form of self-administration. Business operations will be maintained.
The reason for this decision is that NeXR is not yet generating positive cash flows and will only be able to meet current payment obligations until September 2023 due to the non-extension of the financing commitment of the major shareholder (see ad hoc release dated 19 April 2023). Discussions with investors, which have so far been open-ended, are to be continued immediately after the insolvency filing.
