NeXR Technologies SE: Major shareholder Hevella Capital terminates loan**

Berlin, 19 May 2023

NeXR Technologies SE (“ Company ” or “ NeXR ”) has been informed by its major shareholder Hevella Capital GmbH & Co. KGaA (“ Hevella ”) today that Hevella terminates the loan agreement with NeXR with immediate effect. The financing of the ongoing business operations is thus no longer secured (contrary to the statement in the ad hoc announcement of 19 April 2023).

NeXR is currently assessing whether alternative financing options are available in the short term and will otherwise file for insolvency.
