Block Listing Application

The Board of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 16,732,634 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market.

The Board has determined that the current shareholder authority may be utilised to satisfy market demand by issuing new Shares at a small premium to NAV. This policy is intended to ensure that the level of premium at which the Shares trade does not reach excessive levels.

The block listing is expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on 1 November 2021. Any issue of new Shares will be notified by the Company through a RIS announcement and the Company's website.
