Advanced Blockchain resolves to issue a new convertible bond with a volume of up to EUR 3 million
September 27, 2023 – The Management Board of Advanced Blockchain AG, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, has resolved to issue a convertible bond by way of a private placement and its key economic parameters. The volume amounts to up to EUR 3.0 million, divided into up to 30 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 100,000.00 each. The term is 6 years with an interest rate of 3.00% p.a. The shareholders’ statutory subscription rights are excluded. The initial conversion price is EUR 4.25. The issue will be made in a volume of up to EUR 1.5 million against contributions in kind in the form of an exchange of convertible bonds issued by the Company (ISIN: DE000A3MP4Q7). The net proceeds accruing to the Company from the issuance of the convertible bond 2023/2029 shall be used for general business purposes, including the financing of further investments and the development of the existing portfolio.
