Filing of the 2010 Registration Document

The 2010 Altamir Amboise Registration Document was filed with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on 8 March 2011.

The Registration Document includes:

• the 2010 financial report,
• the report regarding the conditions for preparing and organizing the Supervisory Board's activities and the internal control procedures,
