Lifecare ASA CFO transition

Lifecare ASA announces that the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO),

Renete Kaarvik, has accepted a new position outside Lifecare. She will remain

in her role during a transition period, including throughout the ongoing

rights issue, to ensure continuity in the company's financial processes.

Kaarvik will subsequently step down as CFO.

The new position does not give rise to any conflicts of interest. Arrangements

are being made to ensure continuity of the CFO function.

monitoring of various body analytes. Lifecare's focus is to bring the next

generation of Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems to market. Lifecare

enables osmotic pressure as sensing principle. Lifecare's sensor technology is

analytes and molecules in the human body and in pets.
