LIFECARE ASA: MINUTES FROM EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Lifecare ASA was convened as a hybrid meeting on 2 January 2026.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notification of the Extraordinary General Meeting that was published on Oslo Stock Exchange on 11 December 2025.
