Electrocomponents plc (the "Company") announces the following changes to its Nomination Committee that were agreed by the Board on 13 December 2019:

•     Peter Johnson will stand down as Chair of the Nomination Committee effective from 13 December 2019; and

•     David Sleath, currently an independent Non-Executive Director on the Board, will take over as the Chair of the Nomination Committee effective from 13 December 2019.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11R.
