ENERGY TIME: SIGLATA PARTNERSHIP CON VOLTUNA SRL PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DI IMPIANTI FOTOVOLTAICI

AL VIA LE PRIME COMMESSE PER COMPLESSIVI 2,5 MWp E UN CONTROVALORE DI €1,7 MLN

Campobasso/Milano, 23 dicembre 2025 – Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" o la "Società"), attiva nel settore delle energie rinnovabili nel ruolo di D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), e Voltuna Srl ("Committente") attiva anch'essa nel campo delle rinnovabili e interamente partecipata dal Gruppo Gas Sales Energia, rendono noto di aver intrapreso un percorso di una partnership per la realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici "chiavi in mano".

Nello specifico, sono stati sottoscritti accordi per l'esecuzione dei primi impianti fotovoltaici da parte di Energy Time per le attività EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) al servizio di Voltuna, System Integrator appartenente al Gruppo Gas Sales/CGI, in provincia di Piacenza, per complessivi 2,5 MWp e un controvalore delle commesse di €1,7 milioni. Il progetto ha previsto lo sviluppo innovativo di differenti soluzioni di impianti, per la quale Voltuna costituisce il Service Provider, oltre ai sistemi di accumulo e colonnine di ricarica. L'avvio dei lavori è stimato nei primi mesi del 2026 e il termine intorno alla metà del 2026.

Voltuna Srl, parte del Gruppo Gas Sales / CGI attivo da oltre 50 anni nel settore del gas, energia ed efficientamento energetico per famiglie e Clienti Business nel Nord Italia , supporta le aziende a traguardare la transizione energetica con soluzioni innovative e personalizzate, dal fotovoltaico agli impianti di riscaldamento efficienti, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare i consumi e ridurre i costi.

ENERGY TIME: A PARTNERSHIP HAS BEEN SIGNED WITH VOLTUNA SRL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

READY TO START FIRST ORDERS FOR A TOTAL OF 2.5 MWp AND A VALUE OF €1.7 MILLION

Campobasso/Milan, 23rd December 2025 – Energy Time S.p.A.

Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" or the "Company"), player in the renewable energy sector as D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), and Voltuna Srl ("Client"), also active in the renewable energy sector and wholly owned by the Gas Sales Energia Group, announce that they have embarked on a partnership for the construction of turnkey photovoltaic systems.

Specifically, agreements have been signed for the construction of the first photovoltaic systems by Energy Time for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activities serving Voltuna, a system integrator belonging to the Gas Sales/CGI Group, in the province of Piacenza, for a total of 2.5 MWp and a contract value of €1.7 million. The project involved the innovative development of various system solutions, for which Voltuna acts as Service Provider, in addition to storage systems and charging stations. Work is estimated to begin in early 2026 and be completed around mid-2026.

Voltuna Srl, part of the Gas Sales / CGI Group, which is active from more than 50 years in the gas, energy and energy efficiency sector for families and business customers in Northern Italy, supports companies in achieving the energy transition with innovative and customized solutions, from photovoltaic to efficient heating systems, with the aim of optimizing consumption and reducing costs.
