COMUNICATO STAMPA 4 NOVEMBRE 2025

Campobasso, 4 novembre 2025 – Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" o la "Società"), attiva nel settore delle energie rinnovabili nel ruolo di D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), comunica che, in riferimento al comunicato stampa in data 4 novembre 2025, il valore del contratto per la fornitura dei servizi di progettazione esecutiva e per l'installazione di un impianto fotovoltaico con tecnologia tracker a terra situato in Campania da circa 5,1 MWp è pari a €1,4 milioni, rispetto all'importo precedentemente riportato (3,2 milioni di euro).

Campobasso, 4 November 2025 – Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" or the "Company"), actives in the renewable energy sector in the role of D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), announces that, with regard to the press release published on 4 November 2025, the value of the contract for the services of executive engineering and design and installation of a ground and tracker photovoltaic plant based in Campania with an installed capacity of approximately 5.1 MWp, is worth about €1.4 million, compared to the amount previously reported (€3.2 million).
