Łukasz Czopik

Lawyer, manager and financial auditor, Doctor of Technical Sciences. Specialist in corporate restructuring, corporate governance and management of complex capital structures.

A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, where he obtained a master's degree in law with honors. He obtained his PhD in technical sciences at the Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energy, in the field of risk management and technical infrastructure safety. He has also completed numerous postgraduate studies in financial control, auditing, accounting and public administration management, as well as an MBA program run jointly by the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises Aix–Marseille and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. He is fluent in English.

He has many years of professional experience gained in both public administration and the private sector. He served as Director General, and Secretary and Deputy Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship, among other positions. Long-standing president and vice-president of capital companies.

He is a certified financial auditor (authorized by the Minister of Finance) and has extensive experience working in the supervisory bodies of capital companies. Author and co-author of scientific publications on risk management, technical infrastructure safety and the functioning of water supply systems.
