Appointment of John McAdam as Independent Non-Executive Director

London, 1 October 2018 -  As per the announcement of September 25th Wilmcote Holdings plc confirms the appointment of John McAdam as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Adrian Whitfield, Wilmcote's Chief Executive Officer commented: "John brings a wealth of experience to Wilmcote's Board, both from his extensive career as a senior executive, as well as from his time serving on the Boards of some of the UK's most prominent listed businesses. John also has a deep understanding of the Chemicals sector, which will be invaluable as we seek to identify target assets in the downstream and specialty chemicals industry.  We are delighted to have John on the Board as we progress with executing our investment strategy".
