Antitrust investigation into the glass sector concluded: Zignago Vetro's conduct was confirmed as correct.

Fossalta di Portogruaro (VE) – Zignago Vetro S.p.A. announces that on December 22, 2025, the Italian Competition Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) announced the conclusion of its investigation into nine companies operating in the Italian glass market, including Zignago Vetro, for an alleged cartel restricting competition in the sale of glass bottles. The investigation did not reveal any evidence to support the existence of an understanding between the parties, in the form of an agreement or concerted practice, with the object and/or effect of distorting competition in the market for glass wine bottles.

This decision confirms the correctness of the conduct of Zignago Vetro, which has always operated in full compliance with applicable competition rules and regulations.
