Notification of major holdings in the Company

In terms of Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules

QUOTE

The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received two (2) notifications dated 18 December 2025 pursuant to which:

• (a) Mapfre MSV Life plc notified the company that it has disposed of all of its shareholding in the Company equivalent to 31.418374% of the issued share capital of the Company; and that as at the 18 December 2025 it no longer holds any shares in the Company; and
• (b) Virgata Group Sarl a company registered in Luxembourg and with registered office at 74 Route de Thionville, L2610 Luxembourg notified that with effect from 18 December 2025, it holds 37.615% of the voting rights in the Company.

The notification also indicates that prior to the 18 December 2025 Virgata Group Sarl held 5.95% of the issued share capital of Plaza Centres plc.

The notification was made in regard to acquisitions and disposals of voting rights in the Company.
