The Company has today been notified that Peter Johnson, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 2 March 2015.

The shares were acquired at a price of £2.3015. 

Peter now holds 150,000 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
