The Company was notified on 13 January 2014 that 4,584 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company were acquired on 10 January 2014 for Simon Boddie, Group Finance Director, under the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan.

The shares were acquired at a price of 283.7p.
