PB Holding N.V. increases credit facility

Rotterdam, 3 October 2025 – PB Holding N.V. increases its credit facility with Handelsbanken. The facility, which was originally provided as a €300,000 overdraft facility, is expanded to a maximum amount of €700,000. Mont Cervin S.à r.l. acts as guarantor in relation to this facility.
