BOVAG informs PB Holding to have terminated Project Vaals

Rotterdam, 27 June 2025 – On 26 June 2025, PB Holding N.V. was informed that BOVAG decided to terminate Project Vaals, which aimed to sell part of BOVAG's shareholding in Bovemij N.V., as none of the bids met the expectations and criteria of BOVAG. PB Holding N.V. looks forward entering into an active dialogue with BOVAG, Bovemij N.V., Stichting Administratiekantoor Bovemij Verzekeringsgroep ("STAK") and all other stakeholders to optimize the value of the interest in Bovemij, in line with the strategy.
