Openjobmetis SpA is an Employment Agency active in personnel administration, recruitment, outplacement and training. It is the first Employment Agency listed on Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana. In 2011 the merger of Openjob SpA and Metis SpA took place, giving birth to Openjobmetis. Today it has a network of over 150 branches in Italy. The specialist divisions, through which Openjobmetis selects and trains highly complex professional figures, are: Agrifood, Health, Techne, I&CT. In addition, there is the Large Clients team, which includes two business lines: GDO and Bank and Finance. Openjobmetis controls four different companies: Seltis Hub Srl, Openjob Consulting Srl, HC Srl, Family Care Srl. In November 2020 Openjobmetis acquires Lyve. Openjobmetis is a member of Assosomm, National Association of Employment Agencies. Since 2014 it has been the sponsor of the Varese Serie A basketball team, to which it gives its name: Pallacanestro Openjobmetis Varese.
