Financière Marjos' purpose in France and abroad, by itself and through any subsidiary company, is

- the creation, installation, acquisition and operation in any form whatsoever of any manufacturing, sales, rental or maintenance business, without limitation or reservation for any branch of industry or commerce. And this by means of the creation of companies or contributions to already existing companies, the acquisition of holdings, mergers, associations, economic interest groups and in all other forms;

- the financial, administrative and IT management in general as well as the administration of its buildings. And more generally, all commercial, real estate, securities and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above-defined purpose.
