Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG (DGA) and its five subsidiaries (see column on the left) sell properties from all over Germany at public auctions (Versteigerungen) on behalf of their voluntary property sellers. Today, the DGA Group is the market leader for private-law auctions of real estate in Germany. As Germany's largest real estate auction house, we auction off properties of all kinds on behalf of private, commercial and public owners in accordance with the regulations of the Gewerbe-/Versteigererverordnung (Trade and Auctioneer Ordinance). DGA does not conduct forced auctions. In addition, auctions of real estate also differ from the bidding process . The auctions are conducted by our publicly appointed and sworn real estate auctioneers according to § 34 b Abs. 5 Gewerbeordnung.
