The Company
At December 31, 2021, Compagnie de l'Odet directly and indirectly held 64.3% of Bolloré's capital.

Bolloré operates in three business segments:

Transport and Logistics,
communications and media
and electricity storage and systems.
In addition to its various businesses, the Group manages a set of financial assets including plantations, real estate assets and a portfolio of financial holdings representing more than 17.4 billion euros at the end of 2021, including 8.4 billion euros for the Bolloré portfolio (Universal Music Group, Socfin Group, etc.) and 9.0 billion euros for the Vivendi portfolio (Universal Music Group, Lagardère, Telecom Italia, MediaForEurope.

Bolloré acts as a holding company employing 208 people in various central functional departments: general management, legal, tax, IT, human resources, finance, accounting, management control, treasury, etc. Bolloré is responsible for the management and coordination of the operating divisions.
