３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 国内連結子会社の決算日は、連結財務諸表提出会社と同一の３月31日であります。在外連結子会社の決算日は、12月31日であります。連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、同日現在の財務諸表を使用し、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については連結上必要な調整を行っております。
