前連結会計年度（自 平成27年４月１日 至 平成28年３月31日） 当社は、共同株式移転の方法により、平成27年４月１日付で㈱マクニカと富士エレクトロニクス㈱の完全親会社として設立されました。これに伴い、「集積回路及び電子デバイスその他事業」セグメントにおいて、負ののれん1,686百万円が発生し、当連結会計年度において特別利益(負ののれん発生益)に計上しております。
