主要な連結子会社は 「第１ 企業の概況 ４ 関係会社の状況」に記載のとおりであります。 なお、D.A.コンソーシアムホールディングス㈱外14社は新規設立のため、Integrated Communications Group Pte Ltd.外33社は株式を取得したため、連結の範囲に加えております。また、㈱NESPA JAPAN外３社は会社清算のため、㈱中部朝日広告外２社は株式を売却したため、㈱インストアブランドコンサルティング外１社は合併のため、連結の範囲から除いております。
