３．株主資本の著しい変動 当社は、平成28年１月26日開催の取締役会において、会社法第165条第３項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法第156条の規定に基づき、自己株式取得に係る事項を決議し、普通株式1,423,700株を取得いたしました。この結果、当第３四半期連結累計期間において、自己株式が999百万円増加しております。
