４ 偶発債務 当社詫間工場の元従業員が、アスベストが原因で健康被害を受け、元従業員とその遺族(原告)は、当社には安全配慮の義務違反があるとして、平成28年7月21日及び平成29年1月31日付で、総額2億76百万円の損害賠償を求める訴えを高松地方裁判所に起こし、現在本訴訟は係争中であります。 なお、現時点では、損害賠償等の発生可能性及びその金額を合理的に見積ることは困難であります。
