(3) 連結の範囲の変更 前連結会計年度において、持分法非適用関連会社でありました正興電気建設㈱は、株式の追加取得などによりグループ内の重要性が増したため、第4四半期連結会計期間より、連結子会社としております。なお、みなし取得日を当連結会計年度末としているため、当連結会計年度は貸借対照表のみ連結しております。また、当連結会計年度期首からみなし取得日までは持分法の適用範囲に含めております。
