３．株主資本の金額の著しい変動 当社は、平成28年4月21日開催の取締役会において、会社法第165条第3項の規定により読み替えて適用される同法 第156条の規定に基づき、自己株式450,000株を取得しました。 この結果、当第3四半期累計期間において、自己株式が45,900千円増加しました。
