※１．売上高の季節的変動 前第３四半期連結累計期間（自 平成28年４月１日 至 平成28年12月31日）及び当第３四半期連結累計期間（自 平成29年４月１日 至 平成29年12月31日） 不動産販売事業においては、顧客への引渡時に売上高を計上しておりますが、引渡時期につきましては、例年、２～３月頃に集中することが多くなるため、第４四半期連結会計期間の売上高が他の四半期連結会計期間と比べ高くなる傾向があります。 |
