３．株主資本の著しい変動 当社は、平成28年９月21日付で、連結子会社New Era India Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.の株式を追加取得いたしまし た。この結果、当第２四半期連結累計期間において、資本剰余金が449百万円減少し、当第２四半期連結会計期間末 において資本剰余金が224百万円となっております。
