(2) 上記に記載した124社のうち、イオンフィナンシャルサービス㈱他20社については、連結決算日から３ヶ月以内の一定日現在で仮決算を実施したうえ連結しております。又、他の103社については、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引について必要な調整を行ったうえ連結しております。
