３ 重要な非資金取引の内容 前連結会計年度（自 平成28年３月１日 至 平成29年２月28日） 転換社債型新株予約権付社債の転換請求により、同社債が400,000千円減少し、資本金及び資本剰余金がそれぞれ200,000千円増加しております。 当連結会計年度（自 平成29年３月１日 至 平成30年２月28日） 当連結会計年度に譲渡した株式会社ピーアール・ライフの株式譲渡先である株式会社ドリームデベロップメントに、当社は549,550千円の長期借入金があったため、同株式の譲渡に際し、当該長期借入金と相殺することにより譲渡しております。
