２ 重要な非資金取引の内容 当連結会計年度に増加した無形固定資産のうち310,000千円は、Theragen Etex Co.,Ltd.（以下、「TE社」）から当社の連結子会社である株式会社Cancer Precision Medicine（以下、CPM社という）が事業に関連するソフトウェアライセンス供与を受けたものであり、TE社は、このソフトウェアライセンス供与により取得したCPM社に対する営業債権を対価として、当社が所有するCPM社株式を譲り受けております。
