（2）連結の範囲の変更 当連結会計年度において、当社は吸収分割の方式による持株会社体制へ移行することを目的としてアド アーズ分割準備株式会社を新たに設立したため、連結の範囲に含めております。 なお、アドアーズ分割準備株式会社は、平成29年10月１日付でアドアーズ株式会社に商号を変更してお ります。 また、連結の範囲に含めていたアドアーズ株式会社については、平成30年３月26日付で全株式を譲渡し たため、連結の範囲から除外しております。
