３ 連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち伏木貨物自動車株式会社、ＦＫＫエアーサービス株式会社、山口株式会社、丸共シーランド株式会社、山口ニット株式会社、大洋住宅株式会社、北陸日本海油送株式会社、ＦＫＫエンジニアリング株式会社は６月30日で連結決算日と一致しております。 チューゲキ株式会社の決算日は３月31日でありますが、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、６月30日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しております。 従来、連結子会社のうち決算日が３月末であった北陸日本海油送株式会社、ＦＫＫエンジニアリング株式会社と大洋住宅株式会社の３社については、同日現在の計算書類を使用し、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っておりましたが、同３社が決算日を６月30日に変更したことに伴い、当連結会計年度は平成29年４月１日から平成30年６月30日までの15ヶ月間を連結しております。 |
