３ 報告セグメントごとの固定資産の減損損失又はのれん等に関する情報 （固定資産に係る重要な減損損失） 当第２四半期連結累計期間において、「日本」について株式会社フォーティーンののれんの減損損失等の発生により、520百万円の減損損失を計上しております。 （のれんの金額の重要な変動） 当第２四半期連結累計期間において、「日本」について連結子会社である株式会社フォーティーンが同社のアメリカの販売子会社（非連結子会社）の閉鎖を決定したこと等により、のれんの未償却残高516百万円を減損損失として計上しております。 なお、上記（固定資産に係る重要な減損損失）の中に当該のれんの減損損失も含めて記載しております。
