１．当社は、特定事業会社(企業内容等の開示に関する内閣府令第17条の15第２項に規定する事業を行う会社)に該当するため、第２四半期会計期間については、中間連結財務諸表及び中間財務諸表を作成しております。

(1) 当社の中間連結財務諸表は、「中間連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」(平成11年大蔵省令第24号)第48条及び第69条に基づき、同規則及び「保険業法施行規則」(平成８年大蔵省令第５号)により作成しております。

当社は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、中間連結会計期間(2018年４月１日から2018年９月30日まで)の中間連結財務諸表及び中間会計期間(2018年４月１日から2018年９月30日まで)の中間財務諸表について、有限責任 あずさ監査法人による中間監査を受けております。
