３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 全ての連結子会社の事業年度の末日は連結決算日と一致しております。なお、当連結会計年度より連結子会社株式会社三和テスコ及び東洋精機産業株式会社の決算日を６月30日から当社の連結決算日である８月31日に変更しております。当該決算期変更に伴い、当連結会計年度には、当該連結子会社２社の平成29年７月１日から平成30年８月31日までの14ヶ月間の業績を反映しております。 |
