３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、PT Klik Eat Indonesiaの決算日は12月31日ですが、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、６月30日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しております。また、それ以外の決算日が異なる会社については、各社の事業年度にかかる財務諸表を使用しております。ただし、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については連結上必要な調整を行っております。
