(1) 連結子会社の数 55社 主要な連結子会社の名称 「第１ 企業の概況 ４ 関係会社の状況」に記載しているため省略しております。 当社の連結子会社である㈱学研塾ホールディングスが、㈱文理学院の発行済株式の100％を取得したことに伴い、同社を連結子会社としております。 ㈱学研プラスは、同社を存続会社として㈱ブックビヨンド及び㈱学研教育アイ・シー・ティーを消滅会社とする吸収合併を実施しております。 当社が、メディカル・ケア・サービス㈱の株式を取得したことに伴い、同社及び同社の子会社を連結子会社としております。なお、みなし取得日を当連結会計年度末としているため、当連結会計年度は貸借対照表のみ連結しております。
