(1) 連結子会社数 5社 連結子会社の名称 ㈱日本ハウス・ホテル＆リゾート ㈱日本ハウスウッドワークス北海道 ㈱日本ハウスウッドワークス中部 ㈱フラワー＆ガーデン ㈱東京工務店 当社は、子会社の㈱ホテル東日本について、ホテル東日本盛岡及びホテル森の風田沢湖以外の事業所に関して有する資産及び契約上の地位等の権利義務を、平成30年７月30日付で吸収分割により、新設子会社である㈱日本ハウス・ホテル＆リゾートに承継させるとともに、吸収分割後の㈱ホテル東日本の全株式を譲渡いたしました。これに伴い、㈱ホテル東日本を連結の範囲より除外し、㈱日本ハウス・ホテル＆リゾートを連結の範囲に含めております。 |
