２．株主資本の金額の著しい変動 自己株式の消却 当社は、平成29年４月28日開催の取締役会決議により、会社法第178条の規定に基づき、平成29年５月31日付で自己株式3,800,000株を消却した。この結果、当第３四半期連結累計期間において、利益剰余金及び自己株式がそれぞれ17億65百万円減少している。
