３．報告セグメントごとの固定資産の減損損失又はのれん等に関する情報 （のれんの金額の重要な変動） 「中国」及び「欧州」セグメントにおいて、従来持分法非適用非連結子会社であった海徳世汽車部件(瀋陽)有限公司及びHI-LEX SERBIA D.O.O.の重要性が増したため、当第１四半期連結会計期間より連結の範囲に含めております。当該事象に伴い報告セグメントに含まれない全社資産において、のれんの金額が338百万円減少しております。
