３．株主資本の著しい変動 当社は、平成30年２月23日開催の第107期定時株主総会の決議により、平成30年２月23日付で、資本準備金を2,600百万円減少し、その同額をその他資本剰余金に振り替えている。また、振り替えたその他資本剰余金のうち、2,224百万円を繰越利益剰余金に振り替え、欠損填補を行っている。
