３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、NEW FIELD HONOLULU,INC.とNEW FIELD BANGKOK CO.,LTD.及びNEW FIELD NEW YORK LLCの決算日は12月31日であります。連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては、同決算日現在の財務諸表を使用しております。また、株式会社かわ屋東京の決算日は５月31日ですが、連結財務諸表の作成にあたり、１月31日時点で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しており、その他の連結子会社の決算日は、連結決算日と一致しております。 連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については連結上必要な調整を行っております。
