Number of consolidated subsidiaries and names of major consolidated subsidiaries	—	(1) 連結子会社の数　155社 　主要な会社名は「第１  企業の概況」の「４  関係会社の状況」に記載しているため省略しております。 　当連結会計年度より、Safety Insurance Public Company Limited 他７社は株式の取得等により新たに子会社となったため、連結の範囲に含めております。 　前連結会計年度において連結子会社でありましたTokio Millennium Re AG 、Tokio Millennium Re (UK) Limited 他３社は保有株式を売却したため、当連結会計年度より連結の範囲から除いております。また、HCC Insurance Holdings (International) Limited 他７社は清算結了したため、当連結会計年度より連結の範囲から除いております。
