(注)２ (注) １．2018年７月27日開催の当社取締役会決議に基づき、2018年12月１日を効力発生日として、損害保険及び生命保険の代理店業務を行っておりました当社の完全子会社である株式会社デン・ホケンとの吸収合併を実施いたしました。 ２．2016年３月31日開催の当社取締役会決議に基づき、解散手続きを行っておりました当社の連結子会社であるKOURAKUEN(THAILAND)CO.,LTD.につきましては、2018年11月30日に清算結了いたしました。
